Palio del Golfo 2026

The Palio is the city’s main summer event, combining sport and local traditions, and is spread over four days of events:

Friday 31 July: Evening parade of the districts with the Pali handover ceremony

Saturday 1 August: Weighing and inspection of the boats, village dinner and ‘blue night’

Sunday 2 August: Official races (women’s, junior and senior categories) starting in the afternoon, followed by an evening fireworks display over the sea.

Monday 3 August: Official prize-giving ceremony for the winning crews and the parade in Piazza Europa.

An ideal opportunity for anyone visiting Liguria who wishes to discover a historic event deeply rooted in the local area and actively participated in by the residents.

Tickets for the Palio del Golfo 2026 races and the fireworks display will be available for purchase starting Monday, July 27, through the following channels:

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
